How Much Does it Cost to Hire an Interior Designer?
I won’t redesign your budget along with your rooms
Together we discuss your budget and according to your budget and style we explore different options. I keep the Client in control by supplying them with details and costs as we go along in the project. While some of the rooms in my interior design portfolio may look expensive you might be surprised to learn the actual budget we worked with. My years of experience as a Interior Designer have taught me how to put together a room and give it that polished look. I strive to make every project I work on look like it belongs in the pages of a magazine, sometimes they do. I understand that money doesn’t necessary buy good taste and believe in the old saying that ‘necessity is often the mother of invention “ Upon our initial consultation we discuss your budget. From there we explore different options, styles and creative ideas. I like to make the interior design process fun. Respecting a Clients budget removes stress from the equation so we can enjoy creating interiors you will be proud of .
I offer three interior design options for my Clients:
1) A percentage fee
2) A flat consultation fee
3) A hourly fee
A Percentage fee
This is the way I work with most of my Clients, Why? Because it typically absorbs the cost of my services. How? When we pick out items for your interior design project, I get wholesale prices direct from the manufacturers. Most people don’t realize I buy direct. And, just a any Retail store would, I charge a percentage fee. Buying through my sources covers the cost of my interior design services, It gets better. I have an extensive amount of resources and manufacturers a typical retail store does not have. Based on the sheer volume that I do, I offer my Clients the deepest discounts. Hiring a Interior Designer allows your options and choices, that are not available at typical stores. Which is the question I ask when was the last time a Retail store came to you?
